At The Quality Opticians, we strive to provide you with the best quality eyewear and optical products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Only non-prescription items (e.g., sunglasses, frames without lenses) are eligible for return.

  • Prescription/customized lenses are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized lenses with power

  • Contact lenses once opened

  • Items used or showing signs of wear

  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery

Exchange Policy

We offer exchange on:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Defective or damaged items

Please provide an unboxing video for any damage-related claims.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will get a refund within 7–10 working days via your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will refund via UPI or bank transfer after return approval.

Return Process

  1. Email us at support@thequalityopticians.com or WhatsApp at +91-9335488353 with order details.

  2. Share photos/videos of the product (if damaged).

  3. We will initiate a pickup or guide you to courier the product.

Note:

  • Return shipping charges may apply if the return is due to buyer’s reason (e.g., changed mind).

  • In case of replacement, shipping is free if product was defective or wrong.
